I signed up for the app and determined that it was not for me especially for the very high cost and stopped using it. I attempted to cancel my subscription thru the app at that time but it wasn’t possible to do so. It wasn’t like other Apple apps where the subscription was in your subscription history. There is no anatomy content at all—nothing even remotely close to what was shown in the ads. I contacted support to explain this and request a refund, since the main feature I paid for simply doesn’t exist. Not only did they refuse to refund the original charge, but they also refused to refund an additional month that was charged without clear authorization. This feels like misleading advertising paired with an inflexible and unhelpful support team.
