I scheduled a deep clean services for 10 AM on 9 Nov 2023 and had taken off from work for the deep cleaning to be done. They called me two times, once to anticipate the appt to 8 am and then to postpone the appt to 1130 AM. Why have customers schedule when you can’t meet the appt? On the day of the appt, team didn’t turn up till after 12 noon. The cleaning crew asked me for the address and location and yet ended up going into a completely unrelated building. No one in the cleaning service seems to know what they are doing. They were asked to go to the specific building by their team - so why waste my time asking for a location? I am so angry. Horrible logistics and horrible experience. Will never use MyHome for cleaning services again. Mind you they are charging me 95 KD. No kidding, that’s why I requested a repairman. I used English and gave details in English but the man only spoke Arabic. I ended up calling a different repairman that took the broken part and came back with a new one and fixed my machine.
