The app doesn’t provide any value. There are no metrics available to see if the device has made an improvement in humidity, the settings are limited and hard to read as the app is poorly aligned.

The only benefit is if you lose your remote control you can set the fan speed… which you only really need to set once.

This app is unusable and TRULY disappointing!  Seriously, when I try to detect/connect with my unit (which I can confirm is WiFi-enabled and online, as my other wireless products detect it) the “Open WiFi Settings” within the app does nothing, thereby not slowing me to even search for or connect with my unit.

One of the key selling features that led to my purchase of my Wave Humidex unit is that it supposedly had an app that could control the unit  -- As it turns out, the app exists, but it DOES NOT WORK!

The developer (Claritec Solutions) needs to fix/update the app so it actually works.

For what it’s worth, I am using the latest version of iOS (v13.2), which is well beyond the required v11.0 that is noted as working.

Please push an update NOW!

Do not get this model or you will be sorry. App is a joke:
Information doesn’t agree with the controller, can’t adjust the override setting, setting max speed doesn’t agree with the controller, humidity setting doesn’t agree with the controller,    The weather on the top panel never works, it’s a 45 minutes battle to get it to connect, registration in menu doesn’t work after you spend time filling it out, getting any help from the company is non existent, I can go on but getting tired of typing. Worst app I ever had. I don’t even think it’s doing anything at all.
