## What is MyHOME_Up?

An unique application to easily pair devices, control and customize functions belonging to MyHOME_Up home automation system

Einfach nur Müll man bekommt beim Start einen leeren Bildschirm und drückt man auf das Pluszeichen zum hinzufügen kommt die Fehlermeldung kein WLAN.
App gelöscht 👎🏼

Produit inutilisable depuis iOS 16, pas compatible, on nous demande d’installer une nouvelle appli home+control, qui ne détecte pas l’installation, pourtant tout a été mis à jour, la réponse du Sav, contacter un électricien. Ne faites pas ce que vous ne savez pas faire.

The app need an update to fix this, immediately .

je ne regarde pas toutes les applications de mon téléphone si compatible à chaque mise jour ios ,

Le système de parametrage est pas mal, même si celui ci peut etre amélioré avec de nouvelles fonctions. 
Concernant l’interface, le chargement de la structure est beaucoup trop long. Et l’ergonomie de l’interface n’est pas optimum. 

Le principal problème vient du peu de stabilité du système. 
Pourtant je suis en IOS15 et l’application est KO avec Google home depuis 1 mois. Aucune prise en charge par le SAV. 

A la lecture des commentaires je crains que ce défaut ne soit pas résolu sous plusieurs années. 

Très peu de réactivités du SAV. 

En tant que professionnel je ne peux que déconseiller ce système qui est peu stable pr cause de SAV client permanent.

Läuft nicht mehr unter IOS 16…
Dasselbe Problem hatte ich bei der alten APP, auch unter IOS ab einer Version ab 11.  ging nichts mehr.
Verstehe die Entwickler nicht, warum können die nicht neu anpassen? 
Ich kann doch nicht jedes Mal die Systeme und Komponenten neu kaufen

Como ya venimos anunciando desde hace unos meses, MyHome_Up migra al ecosistema Home +
 Con la nueva versión de la aplicación, accederás a un sistema más flexible y eficiente para gestionar tu hogar, sistema que siempre estará actualizado con las novedades de Legrand.

 
Descargando la app Home + Control, podrás sustituir MyHome_Up en unos pasos sencillos. Si quieres ver un video-tutorial sobre cómo hacer la migración, accede a la página de ayuda que hemos preparado para ti:

Puede que algunas opciones no estén todavía disponibles en la nueva aplicación, pero no te preocupes, porque tienes hasta el 31 de enero de 2023 para hacer la migración. 
 
Te recordamos que MyHome_Up no es compatible con el nuevo sistema operacional iOS 16, pero el sistema sigue funcionando localmente (comandos, pantalla táctil, termostato) y puedes hacer la migración a Home + Control.

Application convenable et utilisable mais manque d’ergonomie, mériterait d’être un peu rajeunie et manque une compatibilité avec HomeKit. 
De plus, depuis la mise à jour vers iOS 16, application inutilisable, « passerelle introuvable ». 
Bien embêtant car ne permet plus non plus le contrôle avec Google Home.
