If your thermostat can’t stay connected, the remote management app can’t be used. Fix one, and you might fix the other. On top of that, about half of the time i try to change the temperature it simply wont actually change it, and i have to restart the app to find out if it worked. Considering switching to a non-communicating thermostat instead, and I will definitely stay away from Allied Air brands for my next hvac system. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-06-27, version 4.60.0109* The app is not user friendly. I change the mode and it changes back every time. No option but to download a new app. The new app does not bring over any of the login information. Been trying for a couple of hours. You should have brought a consultant on who has done this before.
