Overall, it’s a clumsy app that seems poorly thought out. ### 2/5 — Reset maintenance odometer *2026-08-18, version 2.0.45* I’m trying to reset the next service maintenance but it’s giving me an error message “OUT OF RANGE - you cannot input a smaller number than the last service mileage.” I currently have 45763kms on my odometer and just got out of an oil change.. so I want to reset this and tried inputting 45763kms and my previous mileage was 38,000. Is this a bug? ### 3/5 — Create auto update *2026-08-17, version 2.0.45* I appreciate all the information that is available about my vehicle. One feature that I find a little frustrating is having to “Scroll Sown” to update. This often takes multiple swipes to activate and it would be helpful if the app just updated on opening. A second feature that I would like added is being able to add an additional Hyundai vehicle to my app. Adding my wife’s vehicle to my app and or mine to hers has not worked. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Slowest App *2026-08-27, version 2.0.46* This app has been slow since I got it two years ago and I have seen no improvement since. Each time you open the app you need to wait for it to refresh. It is impossible to return easily to the app to enter a verification code. You need two devices at hand to do this unlike many better apps. ### 1/5 — No support *2026-08-21, version 2.0.45* I had a problem with trying to reset the maintenance due settings in the app. Whenever I would enter the mileage, it would always tell me that I had to enter a number lower than the last service mileage. Of course I was entering a number lower, but for some reason, it just wouldn’t recognize it. When I try to use app support, I filled out all the information, but it wouldn’t upload or send back to the developer. I get warnings of a shutdown of the collision notification on average twice a week. It’s not user-friendly, so I don’t really use the app like it could be, which is a shame as I really love the vehicle. ### 1/5 — Account management and security are not great *2026-08-19, version 2.0.45* Update (Aug 19) The app mostly works with delays but hard to rely on it when they have full workday outages (like currently today). Also the ticket I submitted for additional email users was not responded to, under app support. Which makes me wonder how seriously they take this app. It’s a shame I love the car, dislike the app. Feels like an afterthought. Just bought my new car and are having issues concerns. 1) If there are multiple drivers you can’t both use this app for the same car thru make a 1:1 vin-email account assumption. Secondary drivers are only supported IF you own two Hyundai cars. Otherwise you need to share account/ credentials which isn’t great. Even if there are two owners of the car 2) app feedback is not great. Can’t submit it outside of actual car issue process. 3) The car features seem to be good so far for the one user. 4) But resource consumption seems to be a problem. It caused stuttering in the background on multiple occasions. Only happened when the app was opened. Maybe had network issues and couldn’t pace the reconnect and caused a problem. Going to keep trying though as I don’t have a choice. I wish it worked more like a bank account app with joint accounts and separate emails. ### 1/5 — When it works…. *2026-08-17, version 2.0.45* When it works, it’s great. Recently the app continually removes my digital key from my iPhone leaving me stranded on numerous occasions as I didn’t have the key with me.
