Neither online or on the app will the login ever work. Usually only works if I have to reset my password every time. Getting tired of it.

When launching the app allow for biometric sign in right away. I shouldn’t need to click “Log in” to then be taken to a new window to log in. It’s very redundant. Solution: on the Sign in Screen put “Register” with Create an account. 1 less page to see and 1 less click to make. 

Make the app a native iPad app. Your new charts / app layout is really designed for a larger iPad screen

I prefer to make any payments or pay any bills I can, online. The previous online payment system was easy to navigate.  
This new version that includes the new app is even better. I like to see my itemized data and the results of my payments, instantly. 
This is a big score for me. I’m not the most tech savvy individual. To download the app, and quick setup of my account, didn’t take much time nor effort at all. 👍👍
