You can’t search for providers or anything without the app glitching. The main problem is that their website isn’t any better. Please hire someone to make your websites and apps less glitchy. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-02-05* Unable to do anything! Unable to log in. Empty page spins and spins. Can’t search for a Dr. blank page. Whenever i go to select a security question, my keyboard pops up covering the questions and am unable to select one. ### 5/5 — Benefit’s *2023-01-12, version 5.22.5* Love your self ### 2/5 — Works, but could use improvement *2023-01-04, version 5.22.5* My first suggestion would be to add the ability to download cards to apple wallet. This would allow for users to not need to login as often to access information. ### 2/5 — Rarely Able To Log In *2023-01-03, version 5.22.5* This app gets 5 stars…… for spinning. 5 times out of 10 I can actually log in. The remainder of my attempts, I can’t get in. My login and password are correct, it just spins for 5+ minutes so I just end up closing it. The 50% of the time where I can successfully log in, that’s all I can do. I get in but go to check claims, spins. Try to check prescriptions….. spins. The times when I get in, I can’t get anywhere. Of all apps to not work well, it’s unfortunate that it’s the app for my health benefits. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-08-22, version 5.22.2* This app is useless. I have been on here for 4 hours trying to find a doctor every single number I call is either wrong, the doctor is no longer there or they are a completely different type of doctor other than the one listed. The app freezes about every 15 minutes and kicks you out and you have to start your search again from the beginning. It would be better not to have an app at all ### 1/5 — Most of the time it won’t let me log in *2022-08-08, version 3.0.4* I used to use the IBX app w/no issues but this is terrible. It won’t let me log in. I tried a wrong password, and it rejects that right away. I use the right one, and it spins and spins and then says I am not connected to the internet- while I wrote this review of their terrible app. I just want a digital ID card and can’t get it. Nothing hard. My auto insurance does it quickly. This doesn’t. I called in to find out why the app wouldn’t work and the representative told me that the app is not that stable and they get a lot of complaints but opening in chrome is usable. I went to their site on Chrome and all the problems were gone. The App is crap.
