I filled out a form with symptoms, etc and once completed it said it was waiting to match me with a provider, but zero info about time frame or anything. The app proceeded to tell me it needed updated or it would have to exit yet it was already updated. I eventually get a call from the provider, and he sends in treatment, however, the dose was completely inappropriate for the indication (as a pharmacist I saw this immediately) yet it was nearly impossible to contact ANYONE to correct the order. ### 5/5 — Health care *2025-08-05* Very reliable ### 5/5 — Home Health Kit Test *2024-08-27* I purchased a test kit and registered my kit through the app. I received results within a matter of days.
