I can log in just fine but the remote start option is greyed out. When I try to click it, it says account expired which is not accurate. I have nearly 2 years left of the Infiniti subscription. It doesn’t show gas miles left or any vehicle stats. I previously had a Ford with this same app and that one worked FLAWLESSLY and no subscription required to access remote features. There are so many bad recent reviews, so I am hoping a fix comes along soon. I LOVE the car. This app is trash. And I will not be paying a penny for a subscription for this service when it comes time to renew. ### 2/5 — Remote start stopped working *2025-12-15, version 3.10.55* Since the beginning of summer 2025 I haven’t been able to remotely start my QX80 using the app. Every time I’ve tried it fails with the message saying to check all the door and make sure they’re locked and to try again. I have deleted and re downloaded this app multiple times and it still doesn’t work. Trying calling the app customer service is very frustrating because they don’t even know how to fix it. Let’s not forget about the Vehicle Location feature this one is as inaccurate as Biden’s medical record. You have better chances by just using an air tag. Over this time I have a failure rate of starting/locking/any remote function of over 81%. Opening a support ticket usually results in about 3 days going by, then they call back to say their team “resolved” it. No change. Maybe it’s the app. Maybe it’s the glitchiness of the ‘26 qx80. Ultimately I don’t care. The end result is - it doesn’t start when I click start. Also, feature wise, it’s lacking. My Ford app is way smoother by comparison. Even the error messages in the app are truncated and you cannot view a full log. IOS shortcut integration support is barely functional. Again, compare to the ford app, an action is available to start the truck. This allows for a control center shortcut button as well as Siri voice commands.
