Perfect for doing quick short-term Airbnb inspections and easy enough that I’ve taught the cleaners how to use it. ### 5/5 — Use for 50 single family homes *2025-12-18* If you have dozens of properties use this app. Get the 25/ month version. It will allow you to make all sorts of checklists. You can have 50 properties, select a property and the checklist or checklists fall under a “template”. I use 1) general liability outdoors 2) general liability indoors 3) hvac 4) electric 5) roof 6) fire safety Your properties will be organized and you will operate at a higher mode.
