Не получается купить полную версию, кнопка не активна. Айфон 10, версия ios последняя

Купила полную версию за 1290. Открылись локации. 
Всего один аудиогид - можно и больше аудио маршрутов. И мало инфы пишется под места. 
На карте когда нажимаешь на точку аудиомаршрута - то открывается вообще другая точка.
Есть еще 5 маршрутов где ходишь и читаешь. 
Попытались по маршруту Балат пройтись, так там вообще пару мест не увидишь, они стеной прикрыты и закрыты на вход. Что на них смотреть и зачем добавлять в маршрут - непонятно..
Ну как-то не знаю в общем. Мне не зашло.

В современном мире можно было бы сделать трансляцию и на наушники, а то приходится ходить и держать телефон у уха, чтобы услышат аудио гида за 1700₽. Также возможность перемотки была бы неплоха. Тоже очень странно, что она отсутствует

Вроде хороший гид, легкая подача, но что не так со звуком? :((( Только на динамик телефона, в наушники не идет звук, в остальных приложениях звук в наушниках есть, а в вашем нет, на всю улицу гид не послушаешь. В настройках никаких опций это исправить не нашла, за что и снижена оценка. Сделайте с этим что-то. Я крайне расстроена что не могу пользоваться нормально гидом.
