With the MyITOps app you can:

- Create your own, branded custom mobile friendly dashboards 
- Subscribe to push notifications for instant visibility of IT alerts and incidents
- See the status, severity and business impact of alerts, clustered into correlation scenarios and drill down to root cause
- Take actions: assign, accept and close alerts and incidents
- Work collaboratively in Service Outage Rooms to resolve issues - leveraging ChatOps with seamless integration for Microsoft Teams and Slack
- Keep communications in sync with your ITSM tooling throughout the incident/alert lifecycle

MyITOps is specifically focused on designing and developing apps which bring the power of AIOps to the mobile devices of ITOps, DevOps and SREs in large enterprises. 

The MyITOps app is powered by Interlink Software’s AIOps Platform which collects, aggregates and correlates monitoring, dependency and performance data/metrics from across the entire IT stack.
