On 3rd August 2026, I made the payment manually  which I do every month for Jio fibre monthly charges invoice which shows me on Jio app, which connect me to internet banking and i made the payment My amount was deducted for a year ₹12,729 instead of monthly payment ₹1060, this was app error when I saw the message I was shocked to see the amount. I immediately called Jio customer care to refund the balance amount after keeping one month charges but the reply was, we don’t have the refund policy. I forced him to let me talk to senior but no one was available,again I called next day. Reply from senior was same. We don’t have the refund policy, but you will be answered within 48 hours. But after 48 hours, I haven’t received any call, even no complaint number was not provided to me, which I suppose to get by SMS the I tried with nodal officer. I made three calls in first two calls When I gave the complaint, they disconnected the call. in Third call, she lodged the complaint and gave me the complaint number along with email ID to register a complaint. Now I have to try my luck. Whether I will get my money back or no, how can such a big company can’t refund the amount? It can be a apps error or my mistake or whatever how they cannot refund the money, even I asked them to disconnect the connection, but answer was even if you disconnect, you won’t get your refund

I tried to relocate my Jio Wifi on first August and it booked for second August, but automatically the booking happened for third August ,an agent came and  said he cannot relocate because the polo is full and to contact the company. I had to call customer service(hassle) They said they will close my open request, so I can so I can reopen it and do relocation connection , but since that day, till now 6th aug, I still have an open request. I am not able to relocate my Wifi. Also on third August , a customer service representative called me and said that they will take my Jio Wifi and give Jio air fibre wireless connection and I have to pay only 1200. I agree to that , they said an agent will come, but no agent has come till now so every day I tried to call customer service just to ask if anyone is coming or not, or why my open? Why do I still have an open request every day the customer service represent is saying same thing that today they will resolve and I’ll get a message and I can open the request. They’re not even mentioning about the Jio air fiber connection that they said they will do .Today when I called this customer representative  , he asked for the problem and I said, and I told him that every day I’m calling and is this the same and he was like oh yeah, thank you so much please read my behaviour and he cut the call. I feel like I have wasted my money. Also, a random agent called and said he will do for 1000. Where is the transparency here? When did they started charging 1000 for relocation connection within the city .
