## What is myJivika?

myJivika is a personalized microhabit trainer. Each microhabit takes 1 minute a day to practice. For the avid learners, there is a library of microhabits to pick from. To keep the user motivated, Jivika shows their progress and achievements. myJivika offers an array of microworkshop videos to the user to dive deeper into the concepts - 2 minutes a week. The result is a calmer week.
