I reached out to customer service for email confirmation and still got ignored. Is this app to make bus transport easier or just to give a false sense of purpose

Please reference My transport.SG app how there do as a use friendly. Bus timing. Bus route. U make it need sign up how elder people always need to sign up and sign in many app? 

A lot of improvement. Total don’t know how to use. 

RTS almost done. Bus system please do it well. 

Refer to neighbour make the route nicely. 

Bus Muafakat route just includes in bus not charge as Johor free bus. Increasing the number of people taking bus. No need separate so many map how people aware the good transport system 

Simple and nice is importance.

hi im sorry. i just download this app and i try to sign up . it takes 5-10 min to sign up . after i try it still didn't sign up . pls fix this . thank you
