Now they cut the power for missed payments even though I paid it less than a month ago. No warning no help from customer support. Asked if my payments went thru and nothing almost a month now.  Then the disconnect insane.

This app is only good to keep up with your bill amount nothing else the ai need to be deleted the card system as well just send up straight to the real assistant and done stop with the ai or just use chat gbt cause that $2 a month ai deh not working

I used this App for the first time in June. I went ahead and did the registration and registered my two accounts both of which are in two separate names and two different account numbers. It was getting close to the due date for one of my accounts so I login to the app to pay my bill, I selected the account that I wanted to pay then it ask me to register my card so I did. Then a message came up saying that JPS was going to take less that $100 Jamaican dollars from my account and that I should enter the exact amount that was deducted from my account so I did and only to see that I was charged twice the amount. I went to customer support on the to try and get a refund only to be told that I have to go through a long process and then on top of that I was told that it would not be processed before 10 working days… this is some nonsense. This app is not working properly and I wouldn’t advise anyone overseas to use it…

I don’t want to have to enter all my card information every single time to make a payment. I end up going to the web page instead because at least apple save my card information every single so I don’t have to be searching for my card. I do appreciate the convenience of not having to go to pay in office or through pay master though, so thanks.

Very convenient app however needs a few tweaks. Why ask users to register their card and then still ask for the entire card number to make a payment even though said card was previously registered. Need to do something about that.

This app isn’t ready shut it down and give it the correct amount of work stop the laziness 10 days to review a receipt 5 days and the money hasn’t updated as yet so my light has disconnected since the day I downloaded this app I got the payment part to work like once you can’t pay from a bill control app and the bot is the worst kmt garbage update the app please me a beg you or just lock it down

Please add a feature to manage your cards on file. We need the ability to remove a card, I’ve been having difficulty registering a card and I can’t remove it, customer service can’t help to remove it so what’s the point.
