Pro: It is easy to buy tickets and travel directions, but not bus arrival times, are correct. 

Con: The app is inaccurate; it shows buses that never come and incorrect bus arrival times, which makes me late to appointments. You have to check the actual arrival times and whether there will be a bus by texting JTAFLA and the bus stop number. JTA needs to do better.

They get me where I need to be. Bus’s are always clean and comfortable.

Why is the app not top priority when you guys promote this app just for it to be down for 3 days people are missing busses because this isn’t accurate. Don’t make an app you can’t figure out.

Must times it’s hard to pull up to scan always having internet issues or something the bus card will disappear from the account when activated 

Bus drivers are very rude at times especially to the students even when you can look at them and tell there are students and they won’t let them on 

And why are they back paying for some children that’s there safe zoom form of a meal or actually trying to better there self and the parents shouldn’t have to pay either especially if that or way to our children and it’s an emergency 

The time we wait for bus is to long 
There 3bus on especially weekends never shows at time or late 
The bus routines are to long 
Especially to UNF
