お店の順番待ちに導入しています。頻繁に機能追加がありLINE呼び出しが出来るようになってすごく便利になりました。電話の音声もカスタマイズできるのが良いですね。外国語対応もできたので重宝しています。管理画面の文字が小さくて読みにくいので改善してほしいです。外国語対応も複数の国の言葉を切り替えられると良いですね。

システムエラーが多すぎる。
エラーが起きると本当に何も出来なくなるので、導入にはかなりのリスクがある。
受付システムは店舗やサービスの窓口でもあるので、システムエラーが起きた時の損害はあまりに大きすぎる。
運営に直接連絡しても平謝りで、サービスを利用してる現場の大変さや状況を全く理解していない。
システムは100%では無いから、エラーを承知で使って下さいとの事。
もし気に入らないなら使わないで下さいとの事でした。
月額6000円ぐらいは決して安く無いです。
サービスを提供してるのであれば、もう少しちゃんと対応してもらいたいと思います。
