I actually have a ktag and it would be cheaper to just pay with change but unfortunately exit 53a is the most convenient for me to use so I’m forced into using ktag.  They literally sent me a bill for 225$

This app is trash just like the roads in Kansas.
App freezes and crashes. For all the hype the state was giving this new app it sure doesn’t deliver. No face id either.

Yup, the app is not let you log in (Logged in okay vua website). Log in web page is asking for user ID v.s. APP is asking for your email so I say the database and app are not talking to each other!

This new PayitLLC is garbage, wont log it. reset password, still no login. had to ise the ktag website. Ktag charges enough, get a REAL app developer!

Been advertised for months, so you’d expect it to be really something.  Well, I’m not seeing it.  And who builds or really updates an app these days without FaceID logon capability?   Ugh!

Overall a decent app it has what I would expect, which is toll usage, tags and stickers on file and payment options. I would like to see them adopt faceID for login. This is a pretty standard and critical feature for an app at this point. I’d give it 5 stars if it had this last feature.

I live in Texas but use KTag. Much better customer service.

The app definitely had the right pricing and I was able to order a rage and pay my bill without issue.  Does what you expect and has some nice features for short cuts for people so do a lot of traveling!
