The application is completely useless for customer Jane/John Doe. Providers do not give any login information to customers

Was bad enough when unable to send messages after hours (staff is apparently unaware??) now it randomly during their open hours will not allow a reply or new message (staff are still also unaware??). Garbage.

There is a lot of missing information; no way to track documents as the patient. The worst feature is the inability to message after hours when you are thinking of something or want to get back to them outside of standard banking hours. We don’t need a reply until their open but please change it bc it almost entirely eliminates the convenience. The last staff person I spoke to told me to send a follow up in the evening and had no idea about this chat limitation.

This app is pointless. It’s main purpose is the messaging system, and it doesn’t even work. Every time I try to open a message the screen is blank. Not only that, but there isn’t any information regarding medical supply orders (past or future), or any documentation of any sort within the portal.
