## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — waste of time

*2023-07-06*

I was hopeful that this app worked but it’s just a waste of time it’s no different from phoning the city you can voice your request but it’s either your request is sent to the wrong department or your request isn’t sent at all because i’ve been trying for weeks now to speak to someone to resolve my issue and iam sick of waiting for a simple yes or no answer and as a tax paying citizen i think iam entitled to at least that. This app is a perfect example of how useless the city is when it comes to resolving simple basic requests.

### 1/5 — Account signup screen is messed up

*2021-01-07*

If someone plan on using this app and try to create an account, the signup form is poorly designed. You literally can’t see what you are typing in to create an account. This is very poor design and looks dated. Once this is fixed, I will try to create an account and provide you more feedback. Thanks for building this app but it needs fine tuning in design and other functional areas.

### 1/5 — Less than one

*2014-05-30*

No correlation to the mission statement, month on and no follow up

### 1/5 — Shovel-ware

*2012-06-26*

-Nice iPhone screenshots of Culver city. Don't try to hard, eh?
-Available in English and Arabic? Where did the city of Kamloops outsource to this time? Is Canada still bilingual?
-So will the reports in here actually get followed up on by a city employee or are you just providing a place for people to report, feel heard, and forget the issue?
-Why is device information submitted with every report? What is Kamloops collecting phone data for? Or is this a privacy issue with "City Sourced"/"Freedom Speaks" because Kamloops outsourced app development?
-Why couldn't Kamloops hire someone locally to make this app? Nice university, does anyone actually go to school there? Whats that? You even have a Technology Innovation Centre on the North Shore? I'm glad your supporting some company that can't spare time to screenshot the app they are marketing.

### 3/5 — Nice app. Just one oversight...

*2012-08-28*

I inadvertently created 2 reports for same issue. Submitted the one but now I'm stuck with 2nd report in my app & every time I open the app it asks if I want to submit this 'pending' report. There needs ti be an option to delete unsubmitted reports!

### 3/5 — My Kamloops

*2012-06-19*

Good idea but very slow to load data in map view.

### 4/5 — Good but

*2017-12-19*

It is pretty annoying that when you are submitting a Request you cannot submit it without an audio file, video, or photo. I’m sorry I’m not stopping my vehicle to report a Request to obtain a photo etc.

### 4/5 — Lyle T

*2012-10-23*

I added my phone number to my report and someone from the city called to tell me that a person from the appropriate department would call me. I got a call from the fellow within the hour with a time frame for the repair.

### 4/5 — Web site

*2012-05-12*

So far find this app useful, cannot wait to put it to use.

### 5/5 — Good app

*2015-03-11*

Obviously well used by people. Nice to be able to report things that need attention. Rather than say " closed", why not indicate what was done to address the complaint?
