### 4/5 — Don’t stop

*2023-01-30, version 2.6.7*

I find the way the app allows you to build up strength at your own pace. I think it might be good to have visual such as going up a hill and coming down slowly.

### 5/5 — Absolutely the best!

*2019-11-02, version 2.6.6*

Works flawlessly. If you have an issue that kegel therapy can help this app is essential.

### 5/5 — Really helping!

*2019-10-05, version 2.6.6*

I hate kegals, but a grandmas gotta do what a grandmas gotta do. This app works great. Easy to adjust to the regiment that my PT recommends.

### 5/5 — Quit working

*2019-04-03*

My app has stopped working. In resetting options, do I want the “red” to be showing or not? There was no red on the times sets.

### 4/5 — Kegel asst

This is an easy to use app. The reminders are great, the ability to freeze at a level is really helpful. The progress chart helps keep me on track.

### 5/5 — Male - 58 years old - Jupiter FL

*2018-01-19*

A very easy to use and helpful ap for men who have recently had robotic prostatectomy surgery. The custom programming feature allowed me to customize my Kegel excercises with exactly what my physical therapist recommended. Thank you guys! Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Works OK

*2017-11-29*

This app would be more useful if it allowed for a level to be used for x number of days rather than just once. Those recovering from surgery might stay on the same level for weeks!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2017-10-10, version 2.6*

Sounds just like my therapists workouts. I defiantly need the reminders. Helps me stay on track.

Worth the money for this app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Passcode

*2024-03-28, version 2.6.7*

I’ve never had to set a passcode and I’ve had this app since 2013. It won’t let me go inside to start my kegels

### 1/5 — Huge Ripoff

*2021-06-05, version 2.6.7*

This app gives a VERY poor description of how to do Kegel exercise and it is not much more than a timer. I paid $4.99 for it and it is not worth 2cents. I would love to return it for a refund. It was recommended by my husband’s dr but I don’t understand why.

### 1/5 — Reminders don’t work

*2019-11-01, version 2.6.6*

Followed all the instructions but nothing worked. Waste of time and money. Such a simple app and still has bags. Annoying. Just downloaded another app.

### 1/5 — Crap

*2017-02-12, version 2.6*

This is clunky - want my money back!

### 1/5 — Poor support after sale ;(

*2014-11-01*

Voice queu in iPhone 4S not working since last 6 months, very poor support not responding to my heaps of reminders😁

### 1/5 — The custom level doesnt work

*2013-03-27*

The custom level doesnt work

### 3/5 — Could be better

*2018-10-10*

I would give this app a higher score but for two annoying things. First for foremost, why on earth would the developer make you sign in with a password every time I use the app (which due to recent prostate surgery is every hour). This is an exercise app, not a banking app. Who cares if anyone else can access this. Just very annoying. The second thing that could be improved upon is that the reminder page only allows for six reminders. My doctor wants me to be doing this exercise 10-15 times per day.

**Developer response:** I would like to thank you very much for your feedback and honest review.

Regarding the Passcode feature, please note that it is completely optional (it’s OFF by default when you first install myKegel), so you can disable it anytime in the ‘Settings’ tab.

As for the Reminders feature, it indeed provides up to 6 daily reminders in the meantime, but I’am also very excited to let you know that this specific feature of myKegel is being completely re-written to provide much more flexibility and customization options than what it provides right now, so hang on tight, and keep an eye on that update!

Again, thank you for taking the time providing me with your feedback and suggestions, I really do appreciate it :)

### 3/5 — Needs variety

*2017-07-01*

There are just two kegel per level - a longer hold and the short, one second holds. I would like to see more variety in the exercises.

### 3/5 — PT

*2017-06-02, version 2.6*

Like it.

### 3/5 — Apple Watch

*2017-03-15, version 2.6*

Please come up with comparability with the apple watch.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Had for years

*2025-03-05*

I’ve had this app for years now. Whenever I notice I need it, like with problems when I sneeze, I use it for a few days and it helps a lot. The reminders to practice are helpful to keep up with the regular practice.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2023-07-26*

I love this app, I’ve been using it for years and I made my own custom levels where I can add or decrease to hold times and release times for my own workouts. I love it.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2022-11-15*

If only it mentioned how many sets and levels to do in a day overall very nice app

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2022-10-01*

This app is a very easy and convenient way to do my PT exercises. It takes all the guess work out of counting seconds and keeps track of my progress as well.

### 5/5 — Instruction

*2022-04-22*

I like how this app says what I should be doing instead of just a sound like an app I had before.

### 5/5 — No more dripping

*2021-01-12*

After having my prostate removed I needed to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. This app help me to stay on task and I can track my gains. Would recommend.

### 5/5 — Years of successful exercise

*2020-11-04, version 2.6.7*

Easy to follow prompts in a reliable format make app successful way to maintain pelvic floor strength.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2020-04-22*

I use this app everyday. It does what I need, it’s versatile enough, and it’s well made. I can’t even remember but I think it was free. I may have paid to remove ads. But definitely worth whatever the cost was if any. The one thing I don’t like is that if I turn on Voice Cue it seems to default to full volume and I can’t figure out how to stop that. Turning the volume down before I start doesn’t seem to affect that. It still starts out at full volume. Maybe it’s user error. Idk. But I love the app anyway!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2020-04-20*

Very easy to use and love the format

### 5/5 — Great app

*2020-01-15, version 2.6.7*

Quality easy to follow app, can feel it working - defo worth trying!!
