I checked in paid and sat to wait to be called. They took me back for blood work pretty quickly. The tech was nice and all was great. The receptionist never instructed to come back an re-check in for the X ray so I sat there for 45 mins to an hour and finally stood in line to see why it was taking so long. Only up he told I should have checked back in after the blood work was done. I was shocked the app should have caught the age discrepancy while I was scheduling the visit . The app afterwards generated a no show message on my records but I was there at my appointment. I asked where did that number come from and was informed at the time of your visit is only an estimated quote. That is because your insurance had not been billed yet.
