Bei der Passworteingabe scheitere ich beim Versuch auf der Tastatur von Buchstaben auf Zahlen umzuschalten. Bei meinem Iphone kein Problem!? Somit ist die Eingabe eines Buchstaben- u. Zahlencodes über die Tastatur nicht möglich. Sicherlich kann man tricksen und das Passwort unter Notizen ablegen und mit copy&paste ins das Passwortfeld eintragen. Die Behebung diese bugs wäre sinnvoll! Nach dem Tippen auf das Eingabefeld „E-Mail“ kann man mit Mühe und Not die E-Mail Adresse eingeben wobei die Tastatur den Blick auf das Eingabefenster versperrt da sich die Oberfläche nicht mit dem iPad dreht. Die Eingabe des Passwortes ist schlicht nicht möglich da die App immer wieder in das Feld „E-Mail Adresse“ springt. Die Browser Version ist ja schon langsam aber die Mobile App ist in der jetzigen Ausführung schlicht nicht nutzbar und somit nicht brauchbar. Für die Plus Variante noch Geld zu verlangen ist der blanke Hohn! Wenn man es nicht kann soll man es lassen oder sich professionelle Hilfe suche!!! From the insanely priced tokens to use their machine to the lack of resources and accessibility. Paying a premium price for this app is a joke. Sign their update, IOS uses can no longer access this app. It’s been 3 weeks with no access. Although, you can go to their actual website to check a guided process to program a key/fob. This would be ok if their website was mobile friendly. What locksmith uses a laptop out in the field? Typical high nosed engineers behind a computer with no experience in the field. Just pure laziness. Was unresponsive, not “Clickable/selectable”. After recent update seemed to fix. App is super handy to verify programming software needed per vehicle. As well what all functions are available per vehicle.
