The MyKia app is extremely disappointing. I booked a service appointment through the app, but I received no confirmation and no callback. Most of the options in the app feel like a gimmick because they don’t actually seem to work when you need them.

I also contacted the Kia service centre in Jodhpur directly. They said they would call me back and arrange the service, but I never received any call. Despite trying multiple times, my service has still not been booked.

Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall. Kia seriously needs to improve both the MyKia app and the service centre support.

I would like to bring it to ur notice that after the recent update there is a bug in ev charging section as I am stuck with this charging in progress and couldn’t go back or charge my car outside other then my home. Please look into and make a changes to update the software or find a solution for me

The MyKia app has serious credibility issues when it comes to customer support and service tracking. My service history is jot updated, invoice not accessible, key details like service history missing. The lack of response on my escalations shows complete disregard for customers. This app can’t be trusted.

This app is too buggy, every update makes it even worse. Just received an update, after updating it when i open the app, it is again asking to update and redirects to app store, unable to use the app at all. Either fix it or remove this app from ios platform

I had placed an order for three accessory items and ensured that all selections, including state and dealer, were correctly chosen during the purchase process. However, upon completing the payment, I noticed that the order was erroneously routed to other dealership instead of the intended dealer.

This appears to be a serious flaw in the application’s payment routing system, and it raises significant concerns regarding the integrity and security of financial transactions processed through the platform.
I strongly urge you to escalate this matter to the application development team for immediate investigation and resolution. Until this issue is thoroughly addressed, I recommend disabling or revisiting this functionality to avoid similar incidents for other customers.

Every time when have issues, we need to write dozen of email / call and finally we only need to direct them to solutions ( being mechanical engineer) , and there services are worst road assistance and Kia connect which they charged for 3yr sub was unavailable active now asking 14k extra to replace modem so waste of money and time .

But still the app displays that my service was due 3 months ago, whereas as per my usage, i completed 10k km in less than a year and my 1st free service is already done. My 1st year was completed 3 years ago. Now I am close to my second service. I have now completed close to 20k km.
