## What is myKlar?

Klar is the mobile office for small service businesses — cleaning, trades, gardening, beauty and more. Invoices, clients, appointments and expenses in one place, in a few minutes a day.

FEATURES

• Invoices in seconds — pick a client, tap services, done. With VAT, payment tracking and reminders.
• Scan receipts — just photograph the receipt: Klar reads the amount, date and vendor automatically and creates the expense.
• Client book — contacts, history and open items per client.
• Appointments — month calendar, day view, repeats and reminders.
• Price calculator — quote by area, time or flat rate, margin included.
• Reports — revenue, profit, receivables and quarterly VAT at a glance.
• Service and product catalog with industry templates.
• Three languages: German, English, Albanian.

YOUR DATA

Everything is stored encrypted on a server in Germany and never sold. No tracking, no ads. You can delete your account and all its data at any time, right in the app.

SUBSCRIPTION

Full functionality is included in the annual subscription. Purchase and management through your Apple ID; auto-renews, cancel anytime in Apple ID settings.
