Getting older and decided to switch over to IPhone16 I have the same phone to make my life a bit easier. I have had some major health challenges and have not used my Zetime for 17 months. The latest greatest Apple Watch did not temp me. I still love my Zetime. I also inherited my dad’s when he passed. I was amazed when I was able to download the app ,install, and run it. Yep the app is sorta slow but still loving it. I still get compliments on the watches often. ### 4/5 — Love the watch, like the app *2024-11-07* I have been using my ZeTime for 3+ years now, after my trusty times expedition bit the dust falling on a tile floor in turkey on a study trip. I was excited to have a watch with real hands that also had some features like exercise tracking and such. I haven’t ever used the features for getting texts or emails because I already don’t really love those things in my pocket, so I don’t want them on my wrist for sure. The watch does well and needs charging every 1.5-2 weeks. I have to remember to sync it at least twice a week so I don’t loose data. The more often it syncs, the quicker it is to get data ported. I’ve found the app to be decent for tracking steps and activity. It doesn’t to an accurate job with sleep at all. But neither does my phone. I like that it communicates with health so I can get a compilation of data in there to work with. It does what I want and looks like a real watch, not an obvious smart thing. I wish I could get a new charger, as I have to take the straps off and fasten it to the base with a hair elastic to be sure it will charge, but so far it hasn’t failed!! But the interface with the app rarely works. Today, for example, I can’t even get the app to open. When you go to the website to submit an issue their website is down too. I’m guessing this is somehow tied to the app? That’s a huge flaw, the app should be independent of their network.I hope they can get things fixed, if they do I’ll change my rating. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Error 403 *2025-06-08, version 2.0.22* The design isn’t user friendly and now I keep keeping the error 403 when trying to connect to Strava. In summary, a 403 error in Strava typically indicates that the app you're trying to use has exceeded its API quota or has other authorization problems. Which for me Indicates they just don’t care about the users (new and old ones) anymore. ### 1/5 — Completely broken *2025-01-29* For a year I’ve been trying to get on this app to change the units of my scale. I am not able to get past creating an account. The screen goes white before I can even enter all of the fields for first and last name. I’ve tried reinstalling and chatting with their help team, to no avail. ### 1/5 — Terrible earbuds they would not connect to iPhone 15 *2023-12-25* I tried for so long, did everything the instructions and troubleshooting guide recommended, and they wouldn’t connect. When I sync’d my watch today to reset the time for the end of United States daylight savings time, I noticed that the sleep data for November 1-5 didn’t download. All of the other data did (steps, activity time, mileage, kcal, bpm) but not sleep. I’ve been running the same version of the firmware and the app for months without a problem. The only thing that’s changed is the date. Is there an alternate way to download the sleep data? MyKronoz company is also not active or responsive in their customer support. Seems like company is under the water. For those that want to customise watch face, you are better off with a Fossil/Skagen Hybrid. The ZeTime customisation for complications are predefined locations and with fixed styling to them. ZeTime battery life is as bad as a normal smartwatch. Better off with Fossil/Skagen, Garmin or even Withings if you want a hybrid smartwatch. ### 1/5 — Zetime en panne *2022-05-12, version 2.0.17* Montre Zetime achetée en préfinancement. A fonctionné sans problème pendant 1,5 an. Le programme sur IPhone marchait bien et permettait de personnaliser la montre au top. Bref satisfait de l’ensemble. Puis l’aiguille des heures s’est bloquée et n’a plus jamais voulu bouger. Le SAV après moultes difficultés pour obtenir une réponse, n’a pas voulu prendre en charge les réparations même payantes. Ils m’ont dit de trouver un réparateur près de chez moi !!! Quel mépris pour leurs clients. I am the only person in my house I live Alone and this acale says I have 8 accounts on it and guess what none of those 8 accounts are mine and it will no longer let me use the scale. And it worked fine for the past 2 years now all of a sudden mad glitches. Just another thing for the landfill I guess.
