## What is Myku Auto?

Myku Auto. Find a mechanic you can actually check.

Car trouble usually means guessing. Who to call, what it should cost, and whether the number you were given is fair. Myku gives you a way to check before you commit to anything.

Describe what the car is doing in your own words. Independent mechanics near you reply with a price and when they can do it. You compare the quotes, the ratings and the reviews, and you choose. Nobody is assigned to you.

FOR DRIVERS
Post what is wrong and get real prices back, not a callback.
Compare mechanics on rating, reviews, years of experience and price.
Mobile mechanics who come to your driveway, or drop off at a shop.
Message a mechanic and ask questions before you hire.
Track the appointment, and keep every past repair in one place.

FOR MECHANICS
Myku is built for the independent. You get your own public page that you control from the app and can send to anyone, whether or not they use Myku. Someone who opens it can ask you for a price in a few taps, and that request lands in your Myku inbox next to your messages and your bookings.

One inbox for page requests, booking requests and messages.
A schedule of your own, including work you did outside Myku.
Set your rates, your services and your hours.
Turn yourself off when you are not taking work, without your page going anywhere.

WHAT MYKU DOES, AND WHAT IT DOES NOT
Myku confirms identity. We check a government ID before a mechanic can be listed, and we show you exactly what was checked. We do not endorse anyone's work and we do not grade it for you. You read the reviews and you decide.

Payment is arranged directly between you and your mechanic. Myku does not take payment and does not hold your money.

Getting started now across Chicago and the western suburbs.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-26

Fixes and improvements:
- Fixed empty space that could appear at the bottom of screens after typing.
- Quotes show each mechanic's rating, verified mark and experience again.
- Signing up with Apple now keeps your name.
- A mechanic whose ID check needs another look now sees the reason in the app.
- Smaller fixes throughout.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-22

Myku has been rebuilt around the thing mechanics actually asked for: a page of their own.

Every mechanic now gets a public page he controls from the app and can send to anyone, with nothing to download on the other end. A request off that page arrives in one Myku inbox, alongside his messages and his booking requests.

What changed
The mechanic's side is now four places: your jobs, your schedule, your inbox and your profile. Everything inbound sits behind one badge.
A real schedule, including a way to log work you did outside Myku.
An availability switch that stops new work reaching you without touching your public page.
Redesigned throughout, in both light and dark.
Spanish across the whole app.
Compare quotes side by side, with each mechanic's rating, reviews and experience on the card.
Faster, steadier, and a long list of fixes.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-07-16

• Myku is now fully available in Spanish — switch languages anytime in Settings.
• Getting back into the app is much faster, and Face ID now unlocks right away.
• New notification controls: choose exactly which alerts you want — job alerts, bids, messages — without switching everything off.
• Mechanics: a cleaner Jobs screen and more accurate job details.
• Assorted fixes and improvements.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-07-01

Bug fixes and performance improvements including smoother navigation, improved location search, and better overall stability.

### 1.0.0 — 2026-06-15
