Trying to register myself and didn’t receive the OTP despite several attempts. Tried to reach the support number and the call is forwarded and then it says that it the number is out of coverage. What on earth is a customer supposed to do? Do you have any moral responsibility towards your customers? And that too healthcare which is the of utmost importance. It will compellyou to provide much of personal data and after that it makes you wait till 15 mins. After which it gives an error and asks you tosubmit the test again. Then it will again make you wait till 5 minutes after which you'll again see the same error and you are then stuck in an endless loop of waiting end error. Strictly ssray away from this app or test. Then what's the point of the test. We can't get the results. You'll have to wait for a long time post which the report will not be generated. And it won't let you can the cassette again or even get the ID so you can reach out to the support team. And this is after giving the a world of personal data which I don't trust them to use safely. It seems the app is not functioning properly. Additionally, I’m not receiving any OTP on my phone. Overall, the app appears to be poorly developed and inadequately tested. I did have a hiccup at the final step of scanning the test results using the app (to generate the report). I then realized that I had placed the test strip on the instructions manual - too much noise around it for efficient scanning. The moment I moved it to a plane solid surface with no patterns or noise it scanned the result and gave me the report.
