They claim less than 24 hours but still no result or any update

They received the test on a Friday and it has been processing for 6 days now. There is no estimate of when I will get my result. I sent an email to ask and have gotten no response. It is the longest I’ve had to wait for a covid test especially for a PCR test. There is no customer service number.
