## What is MyLastWeek?

A private journal and diary for your week. Capture moments by voice, photo, or text as they happen, then write a short Week Story about what stayed with you.

Some weeks slip away before you've had a chance to think about them. MyLastWeek helps you turn each one into something worth re-reading.

Capture moments with a tap — speak, snap, or type. Add as little or as much as you want. At the end of the week, you write a short Week Story in your own words: not a list of what happened, but the things that stayed with you. If you want a starting point, the app lays out a draft from that week's own moments — the notes, places, and markers you already saved — and you edit every word of it.

Add the people in your life and tag who you were with. Every person gets a page with every moment you shared, when you last saw them, and who is usually there too — and the app will show you who you share the most of your weeks with. You type the names in yourself; it never reads your contacts.

Look back across weeks, months, and years to see how your time has unfolded. Search your memories by a single word — across your notes, your photos, your voice transcripts, and the people you were with. Mark the moments that mattered most.

YOUR MEMORIES, YOUR CHOICE

Your moments are stored on your phone. iCloud sync is a setting you turn on, and it is off unless you choose it. When it is on, your moments and the photos, videos, and voice notes attached to them go to your own private iCloud database, under your Apple ID — not to a server of ours. We have no access to it, and there is no account to create with us. When it is off, nothing leaves the device. Changing the setting takes effect the next time you launch the app.

Sync is free. So is the full export: one ZIP with your moments as JSON plus every photo, video, and voice file, readable without the app. Getting your memories in or out is never a paid tier.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.1 — 2026-10-19

Updated App Store listing. Same app you know, with small stability improvements.

### 1.3 — 2026-10-03

Your weeks now know who you were with — without you tagging anyone.

• Fixed: people you tagged into a moment could disappear after adding a photo, deleting another moment, or marking a moment. Tags now stay put.
• Find lost tags: each person's page offers the moments that mention them but aren't tagged. Review the list and tag them in one go.
• Write "dinner with Tito" and Enrique is tagged for you. Names, first names and nicknames all count, as do "my love" or "mi amor" for your partner.
• Two people with the same name? You're asked which one you meant.
• Mention someone you haven't added yet, and you're offered to add them on the spot.
• Nicknames: give anyone the names you actually call them. Search finds them too.

All of it happens on your iPhone. Still no account, no server of ours, and no AI anywhere in the app.

### 1.2 — 2026-09-23

The people your weeks were actually about.

• People: add the people in your life — a name, who they are to you, and a photo if you want one. Typed in by you; the app never reads your contacts.
• Tag who you were with when you save a moment, or afterwards. Their names show up on the week, and on the moment itself.
• Every person gets a page: every moment you shared with them, when you last saw them, and who is usually there too.
• Most of your weeks: see who you share the most of your weeks with, over the last 90 days, this year, or all time. It counts the weeks you tagged them in — it does not guess at hours.
• Search someone's name to find the weeks you spent together, even when you never wrote their name down.
• People and their photos come with you in the free export, and Delete All Memories clears them too.

Still no account, no server of ours, and no AI anywhere in the app.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-17

Your memories, on every device you own — only if you ask for it.

• iCloud sync, media included: your moments and their photos, videos, and voice notes go to your own private iCloud database, under your Apple ID. It is a setting, off unless you turn it on, and it is free. Installs that were already syncing stay on. Changing it takes effect the next time you launch the app.
• Free full export: one ZIP with your moments as JSON plus every photo, video, and voice file. Readable without the app, and never a paid feature.
• Lock Screen widgets and Shortcuts, so capturing a moment takes seconds.
• Spanish across the whole app.
• Light and dark mode.
• Fixed: the Privacy Lock could leave content visible above the lock screen.

No account, no server of ours, and no AI anywhere in the app.

### 1.0 — 2026-06-19
