I am using an iPhone 8 ### 1/5 — Completely Broken *2020-02-22, version 1.0.6* Waited for a driver in the Lower East Side. Two consecutive no shows with the same driver. Third attempt matched with a different driver, but also no show. After waiting 20 minutes, was charged $4.50 for cancellation. Lyft showed up in 3 minutes. ### 1/5 — My first ride wasn’t successful ((( *2020-02-21, version 1.0.6* First ride doesn’t goes smooth. First driver who picked my ride cancel on me after I was waiting for him 15 minutes in frigid night. The other driver who picked up my request was going in different way up instead to goes down to pick me up. I called him twice and at first it was impossible to connect with him. After that he was saying he will pick me up, but still was going uptown ... I was waiting additional 20 min ( instead of 5 what was showing on app) Because of very low temperature outside I cancel the second ride. Thanks god it’s free))) Doubt I will use it again(((( ### 1/5 — iPhone SE issues *2020-02-20, version 1.0.6* Doesn’t work properly on iPhone SE. Controls overlap each other and some fields and captions are beyond borders of the screen with no ability to scroll. Seems developers forgot about iPhones with smaller screens. It will never connect with a driver. After watching the app try to find a driver for 10+ minutes, I give up and use Lyft. I want this to work because it’s much cheaper, but it just doesn’t. Scheduled one successful ride and when I when to schedule another ride I got a prompt to call customer support. Whoever took the call stated I had too many canceled rides and I have to wait for the supervisor to call me back tomorrow. I can only assume it’s a result of a buggy app. It’s unfortunate because I got the message as I was in a rush to schedule a car. I really don’t know if I can trust the app again ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-03-07, version 1.0.6* So I tried Myle today and the driver called me to cancel the ride because he doesn't know how to pick me up cause his app is not showing my location. What a joke 😂 ### 1/5 — Code won’t send *2020-02-27, version 1.0.6* Tried to use the app but the verification code wasn’t received so I couldn’t activate. After reading all of the negative reviews, I guess the only think I’m missing out on are longer than advertised wait times and bad service. ### 1/5 — Unable to sign up *2020-02-27, version 1.0.6* I tried having the verification code sent to my phone 5 times and never got anything. I had an appt., and it took him forever to go around the corner, instead of making a U turn. I am trying because their prices are better then Lyft and definitely Uber, but, you have got to do better.
