Have spent way too much time trying to trouble shoot. Is there an API issue on your end preventing information being pushed through to new devices? There is no tech help available anyway on the app **Developer response:** Thanks for letting us know. That message can be displayed at times when there is a problem with the data entry at the association level. We are actively working with developers to make the error handling more graceful, and also with the associations on how they keep the information up to date. We really appreciate the feedback, and we will continue to monitor and manage the situation to ensure that it reduces in frequency. ### 4/5 — Amazing *2025-10-28* This is an amazing app although I wish you could track individual players and there statistics **Developer response:** Thanks Smithy! The individual player stats are kept on the app by some associations depending on how many volunteers they have. Some associations can keep up, some cannot. The app will display the statistics if they are available for the games. I hope that helps, and maybe you can volunteer to keep the scores someday! ### 3/5 — . *2025-06-17, version 4.1.3* Cant see the score board anymore ### 2/5 — Missing team lists *2025-02-23, version 4.1.0* Have loaded new competitions for this year but the team lists and stats for try scorers and conversions cannot be accessed through this app. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-02-22, version 4.1.0* This app does not work at all is not user friendly and is a poor tool. The button on one of them is below the screen so i can't click it. Such a basic fail. Much harder to see where my boys are playing. Have to change the filters every time when previously it was already set to their teams and easy to work out where they playing. Ideally they should post the next game within 1-2 days of finishing a game, plus also posting the following week, so you can see the next 2 games in advance. **Developer response:** Thanks for the information. If you have two teams from the same club in a division, and the team names are long, then the names get cut off on the draw and ladder (at least on a smaller phone), and can’t work out which team is which. **Developer response:** Thanks for the information.
