It’s not like it’s a critical bank app. Sheesh. ### 1/5 — Log in *2026-04-30, version 1.15.3* Can’t even sign in past the pin, so I can’t even use the app and now I’m stuck. Ridiculous, update it’s been more than two weeks still the same issue, I got an email about my original review saying to consult with their tech/support team, however when emailing them with exact details I think it’s safe to say they’re not going to get back to me since it’s been a little over a week, I find this absolutely absurd since these are the people that are in charge of our roads seriously, I think I might have to do my drivers test in person waiting in lines and most likely failing my first test having to do it all over again instead of just doing it in my room being actually comfortable, ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Cant even log in *2026-04-28, version 1.15.3* I have just downloaded this app and it wont even let me get past making a passcode to get into the app it repeatedly says theres an error with the servers my phones up to date on everything and the app is up to date. ### 1/5 — Fix the Sign out issue *2026-04-26, version 1.15.3* Every time a drive is sent for my review, I’m signed out when I tap on the notification. Haven’t used much since update tho…… Have to re-login every single time I open the app. Re-enter password, get new 1 time code then reset pin. Close it and open next day and same again and again. Every second or third time I have to verify my child’s drive, I also have to log in from scratch and set up my PIN again. Sometimes FaceID works, sometimes it demands a PIN, sometimes log in all over again. Governments (of every ideology) want people to use digital infrastructure, then roll out broken digital infrastructure, and force us to live with the consequences. Sometimes after a week, sometimes multiple times per day. When you log in it prompts you to create a 6 digit pin every time. Not once have I been given the option of logging in using the pin, I just recreate it over and over again. The constant logging out of from this app with practically every update is ridiculous. After 5 years of using it I'm over it. Thank God my son gets his learners in three weeks and then I'll never have to use this stupid app again. ### 1/5 — Like our roads….shocking to access!!! *2026-07-01, version 1.15.3* I currently have two learner drivers in the family and each time they complete a drive and you need to verify their drive, You click on the notification to verify their drive via the app & it wants you to re-login every time. Then it will say you need to verify your login and you have to wait for a verification code. You were given three minutes to use that verification code and it never comes within that . So you click on the resend button and about 10 minutes you start getting all the verification codes. Then you need to set a new password . Then you’re able to access the app again and verify their drives. You have to do this every single time one of your drivers completes a drive. ### 1/5 — WORST APP EVER MADE! *2026-06-27, version 1.15.3* Every time I load this app up there is a brand new bug to make sure my experience is worse than the last time I used it. It’s actually incredible that someone managed to create such a dysfunctional horrible experience for learners. Implementing a pause/resume button would prove to be beneficial in many situations. For example, when needing to get out of the car for a short period of time for example, shopping, having a pause button will stop the driver from having to submit 2 different short drives. This would help out a lot and I personally believe that many people would love this new feature. ### 5/5 — Sure beats filling out a log book! *2019-10-30, version 1.3.0* Really love this ap. So glad the guy at our Vic Roads office recommended it. Only problem we’ve had is it occasionally forgets the PIN number and I have to reset using my email address, but everything else is great! ### 4/5 — Been pretty good over the 2 years *2023-01-02* Clocked up 240 hours, have had the issues such as logging out and having to reset the numerical pin but that probably happened once a month, not a big deal. Have also had the issue with logging drives and time being off but you just turn your internet and it works. However, the 6-digit PIN is really irritating - could this feature be made optional? Also, why must it track your location while you’re driving?
