Never used my 5GB data allowance in 15yrs, one month with Lebara and I used 10GB in less than 30 days!

I recommend Lebara to anyone, app is so easy to use. Great to use abroad with free roaming in many EU countries and good prices in countries such as US and very easy to purchase through the app. Network is also much better than O2 for me reception wise and quite a bit cheaper.

The previous app was excellent and the support from Lebara of a high standard. My app updated yesterday, I am on holiday and need supper but the app is broken. In the chat section, the dialog box to type the query disappears after the message “just type in any of 100 languages”. Don’t know how else to get in touch

Being with Lebara had been going well… untill…..
I was made to feel at fault over a promotion they said didn’t exist and I wasn’t entitled to. 
This made me feel as if I was trying I try on. 
I complained to Lebara who initially apologised and would look into compensation for the way I was treated by their operative. 
Weeks have passed and despite me chasing it up they say the matter is closed and they are ignoring my emails. 
I have now contacted the Ombudsman for a resolution
