I was made to feel at fault over a promotion they said didn’t exist and I wasn’t entitled to. This made me feel as if I was trying I try on. I complained to Lebara who initially apologised and would look into compensation for the way I was treated by their operative. Weeks have passed and despite me chasing it up they say the matter is closed and they are ignoring my emails. I have now contacted the Ombudsman for a resolution ### 2/5 — Get you company in order *2026-08-11, version 26.7.0* I received a message in the lebara app offering a 50% discount on my existing sim I was unable to use this and after calling lebara they requested I take a screenshot and send it to them as they cannot see what they have sent me. An Unbelievably poor system. In the chat section, the dialog box to type the query disappears after the message “just type in any of 100 languages”.
