I only wish you could search a little easier on the app. I want to search within children’s/juvenile books specifically sometimes. Occasionally books won’t show up that I feel certain are there. ### 2/5 — Can’t find books *2026-01-14, version 3.7.0* It was all okay, till I wasn’t able to find books anymore. I typed the name of the books in search but it always tells me “no matching results”. I have to type in my library card number every single time or carry my card again. The app so far has been good, except that the wishlist feature doesn’t work, even when I add books to my existing(created via web) list, it doesn’t update. So I created a new list using the app, yet same issue. Hope someone looks into it. Also, as a parent I need to be able to manage my children’s accounts from the “master account” this would make this app 10 stars, right now finding what books to return on whose accounts is a huge chore. My entire wishlist (over 100 books) disappeared, and it’s always telling me I have zero books checked out even when I have several checked out. I don’t know why I can’t view my checked out books, or where my wishlist went, but it’s frustrating. I want to make a new wishlist so I can put books from it on hold every so often, but I don’t want to spend a bunch of time searching titles and adding them to a list if it’s just going to vanish again. ### 3/5 — Love this app until recently *2023-06-05, version 3.2.1* Was working perfectly until now. I’m unable to schedule a pickup. Books don’t show as ready to be picked up. I can only see this if I go into my account and view books on hold. Annoying! I can save items to a wishlist but when I click on the New My Account and the Wishlist it says it’s unable to fetch Wish List details (it also doesn’t let you make a new wishlist). I have to press the “Hold” buttons multiple times in order for it to work. Putting 2 books on hold takes me approximately 30 minutes. Please upgrade this app so it’s more efficient. ### 1/5 — Slow and Broken Functionality *2025-09-04, version 3.6.1* When using the search functionality, it is incredibly slow even if you’re searching by Title. When submitting a hold, sometimes it fails and you get an error so you have to try again. Adding books to a wishlist sometimes trigger an error so I try again and even if it works, they disappear after next log in. Two issues I have encountered: 1) The search function is problematic, it brings up non-related results when you search for a particular title—I have to scroll through to find the title I am looking for to see if it’s even listed. 2) I can’t set up as a default the location of my library where I want to pick up my items. I get the whole list and have to select my library every.single.time. Was this even beta-tested before rollout??! ### 1/5 — Difficult app *2023-07-06, version 3.2.1* Very challenging to navigate. Since the update 2 weeks ago, I’m no longer able to message my library ”I’m on my way” nor when I arrive am I able to message “I’ve arrived and I’m in spot #_” . I am now reduced to phoning the library and telling them that I have an appointment, my name is_ and I’m in spot #_. Where’s the convenience in that? I may as well go into the library. You need to fix this in the app, please. ### 1/5 — cannot schedule pickup in the latest version *2021-07-08, version 3.0.0* it says my hold up are ready to pick up, but when I try to schedule it says no books are ready to pickup. ### 1/5 — Update Broke It *2021-07-03, version 3.0.0* The latest update to this app is a major step backwards. It isn’t working correctly currently, as holds which are ready for pickup on one screen don’t show up on the pick up screen. But that isn’t the worst issue. The worst issue is that if you have multiple people you are trying to place and pick up holds for, say like with my three children and my wife and I, the number of steps you need to go through to see the holds that are ready and then schedule the pick up is doubled with this app. I am so thankful our library is switching to in person pick up very soon and I won’t have to continue using this terrible app. ### 1/5 — Only half the app works *2021-05-04, version 2.5.24* I can’t use the app to do anything but schedule a pickup. Which is useless considering that it won’t let me search the library or schedule a visit. I have all my children’s cards plus my wife’s cards on the app and I can pay late fees, extend borrowing times, and put media on hold.
