The app has a lot of potential. But I can’t use the same login as with the computer. It wants me to create another account, then say I can’t because the email is already used. My work uses this for wellness and does challenges but I can’t participate because the app doesn’t recognize my login. So therefore it gets one star if I could give zero I would. I called the company twice with no response.

Just love the holistic nature of the app covering all the aspects of health and wellness in one platform. I have always struggled with consistency but this app has helped me stay on track through easy to use features and engaging content. Highly recommend it!

I LOVE this app—being able to immediately access high-quality, ad-free workouts which I can sort by duration and equipment is so valuable. I’m a freshly-minted stay at home mom, and this allows me to fit working out into my day while managing three small kids. Thank you so much!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this app and ease of use.  It is by far the most comprehensive wellness app I have used and it’s will be my go-to going forward.  So nice to be able to use ONE app for all my needs!
