旧版本用邮件登录不是挺好的吗？现在我的储值卡停止服务了，无法发送验证码登录账号。以前还可以用邮箱验证码登录

I would give a 0 star if I can. I purchased a service and resulted in accidentally cancelling my mainland China number! They didn’t even mention it on their app!! Called hotline and could not get it back. Says they need more investigation. Went to the stores and they couldn’t help. I think they should be sued one day.

The worst app ever. Nothing works. Don’t download it, you will be extremely frustrated within 30 seconds.

An extremely clunky app - so cluttered and just nothing seems to work as it should do. 

For example: I can’t even sign up to MyLink because the verification emails have no content; payment transactions keep on being rejected despite using various cards which are all valid; mobile number is sometimes randomly rejected. 

It’s a car crash. And now I can’t pay my phone bill.

Most functions are constantly under “system maintenance”, simply beyond ridiculous! The support is also a joke!

Ok app. Front page shows usage. Billing system isn’t very clean, and there’s a ton of nonsense ads and other clutter. Basically could be 50% smaller and lighter and 2x faster and cleaner. But like I said, it works.

China mobile send you repeatedly threatening message of SIM card suspension when your SIM card falls below 2 dollars. I have to recharge weekly $100 and I barely do any calls at all or use any data. On top of that if you want to recharge and use the MyLink app, you won’t be able to use it because it requires credit to be used. These people live in the Middle Ages. Please, we live in the 21st century. Now is my time to threaten you: if I receive one more message threatening me, I will throw away these SIM card.

The entire apps are full of ads,  very difficult to navigate!!

Since the update, the "talk time in minutes" is no longer display in the Apps for pay as you go customers ,  users need to know the remaining minutes that are available!!!   
Hence all other mobile Apps display the remaining minutes .   

Please fix the Apps to include minutes for pay as you go customer,   otherwise you will lose the entire tourist market in HK.

Why would a company name their app with a nonsense phrase that doesn’t even contain their official name? Instead of calling it “China Mobile HK”, it’s MyLink - who would’ve guessed? I don’t know if there’s even a product team behind this. If there is, y’all should be ashamed of your work.

You cannot find the page where you can manage the roaming settings but you can but a Costco membership. It makes zero sense for a telco app

Honestly speaking, this is one of the worst mobile designs as a utility app.  Simple is beauty is the rule of thumb for mobile app designs.  This stupid app just flushed load of unrelated features like games in the UI and forgot what user needs the app for ~ status of the account and info for plans!

My first ever review is giving to this worst app I used ever! The monthly data package is $38, but it ALWAYS overcharges me. And every top up need to be a set amount which lead you to endless re-subscription to their spam data package!😤 Also no network signal at TST and Austin station at all.  Moreover, app loading us slow, and super passive response after feedback to customer service. Overall: terribly disappointing! 👎 nothing worth praising, therefore no star if possible
