## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Card payments not working

*2023-05-13, version 2.2.1*

An IT company with a rubbish app ! It would be hilarious if you know, it wasn’t

### 1/5 — App not working properly

*2023-02-25, version 2.2.1*

The app doesn’t allow you to enter your card to make any payments. As a result this app is useless as no one can pay through it. Please can the card payment be fixed!!

### 1/5 — Not Impressed

*2022-07-05*

I’m simply not feeling the new update and changes made. Sometimes simplicity and standardization works best, from the colors, font choices and intuitiveness. I look forward to a much simpler interface, standardized, beautiful looking and user experience focused. Perhaps the whole interface should be redesigned.

### 1/5 — Poor app

*2022-01-10*

The app hangs, then your data dashboard disappears. Customer service is pretty bad as well.

### 1/5 — App is very unstable

*2019-09-03*

This App replaced the Hai App which was very stable. The Litespeed App clashes and freezes on contact us menu and renders the support function very ineffective.

### 3/5 — Glitchy app

*2023-03-22, version 2.2.1*

Glitchy. For eg, Pay by Mobile Money doesn’t work properly, it returns “An unknown Mobile Money error occurred” if you simply follow the MM payment path. To pay by Mobile Money you have to start with the MM path, then switch to ‘Pay by card’, then switch back to MM when you reach the DPO payments page. Not the best, considering they’re an IT company!

### 4/5 — Nice update, but still needs changes

*2019-12-03*

The new update is nice. But it could use a few tweaks and reversals that would greatly improved my experience. The Data label in white doesn't make sense, it is hard to read. And swipe down to update current balance would be great.
