Pretty much USELESS Update as of 04/12 Live support offered to troubleshoot the digital key but there’s a bigger issue that needs to be addressed, the app should be all-in-one, one-stop-shop for all things and not kick you back to the browser, for you to login to pretty much do everything such as RSVP events/promos and hotel reservations. As for the digital key if you need a point of reference on how the app should behave when you have a hotel reservation, just book a hotel at MGM and see how amazing that app is for handling reservations and utilizing the digital key.
