Does not scale to allow typing in areas that require input, you end up typing blind into fields and hiding the keyboard just to check your input. It also is locked in portrait mode.  You can't put in a monthly payment and see how many years the loan will stretch.

Not one I'd recommend

As a real estate investor, this is just what I need.
Only way it could suit me more is to have inputs for rent collected for an output of rate of return.
