You have to login as if you are a new user every time, entering your UserId and password, every time then do the authentication. No support for Apple FaceID or Apple fingerprint scanner. The navigation within the app and details provided aren’t great either. Some basic info on escrow but lacks info on where to send those bills if they aren’t sent directly to the lender. You also can’t see an image or PDF of the front or back of your bill. This place when you call in is a glorified collection agency! Rude & never helpful! I have paid every mortgage payment on time now for nearly 12 years! I don’t need to call into a debt collection agency to discuss my loan! Coincidentally my payment never went up with Rocket Mortgage, this place raises the payment every year by what they say the are allowed 6%. How is this the only app that I have to sign in every time by hand as well as two factor authentication every time? Get with the times loancare and add Face ID support.
