## What is MyLoo?

MyLoo is a widget for two people who like each other. It sits on your home screen and shows what the other one is up to — without either of you opening an app.

Four faces, one decision
Pick a face, put it on your home screen, done.

- Status: one tap, and your person knows how you are. Hungry, in love, stressed — or whatever you type yourself.
- Sleep: who is still asleep, who is already up, and who lasted longer last night.
- Distance: how far apart you are right now. Under a mile the widget simply says you are together.
- Counter: counts whatever you want to count. Both tallies side by side.

There are more faces: a shared countdown to the next day you see each other, a shared streak, and a doodle you draw onto the other one's home screen.

Getting connected
Through a short friend code, a QR code, or from your contacts. With contacts your address book never leaves the phone — only unreadable checksums are ever compared.

Moments
Everything the widgets show quietly collects in a shared timeline covering the last six months. Nothing extra to post, no feed to scroll.

You decide what you share
Every face is released on its own, and nothing is on to begin with. Sleep and location each have their own consent step. Your location is rounded to about a kilometre before it leaves the device — your exact position stays with you.

Digestion
MyLoo started as a digestive diary, and that part is still complete: entries on the Bristol Stool Scale, symptoms, calendar, insights and a doctor PDF for your next appointment. You will find it under Me. Bristol values, symptoms, notes and photos are never part of what anyone else sees.

Apple Health
MyLoo reads your sleep data — nothing else, and only if you switch it on. It never writes anything back.

MyLoo Pro
Manual entries are always free. A subscription unlocks every widget face, the full insights instead of the last seven days, repairing a broken streak, and custom colours for your blob. Billed through your App Store account, cancel anytime.

Languages
Fully available in English, German, Italian, French and Spanish.

Disclaimer
MyLoo is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor's visit. The app helps you document, the diagnosis is made by your healthcare professional.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.9 — 2026-08-21

The widgets now react to what is actually going on: every face has its own poses instead of showing the same picture every time.

- The status face shows a face, and each of the four states has a pose of its own.
- Distance shows how far apart you really are, from together to very far away.
- The widget studio is down to four controls.
- The bet is gone.
- Drawings, photos and the countdown now reach the other one reliably, even when you both sent something.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-08-17

Doodle. Draw something in the app and it lands on their home screen. They draw back on the same sheet.

Four more widgets in Apple's widget gallery: Streak, Countdown, Bet and Doodle. Long-press your home screen, tap the plus and look for MyLoo.

Every widget has its own face now. One colour and one mark per category, so you can tell them apart in a glance instead of reading them.

Settings all live in one place, on your own tab.

Moments no longer shifts under your thumb when you swipe between categories, and the counter is not covered any more.

A calmer start screen, and the app downloads a good deal lighter.

Gone: the old tracking mode and the doctor PDF. MyLoo is a widget for two people, not a health tracker.

Streak, Bet and Doodle are part of Pro.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-13

MyLoo is now an app for two.

New: widgets for both of you
- Status: one tap, and your person knows how you are
- Sleep: who is still asleep, who is up, who lasted longer
- Distance: how far apart you are, to about a kilometre
- Counter: counts whatever you want to count, both tallies side by side

Each face has its own entry in the widget gallery: long-press the home screen, pick MyLoo, done.

Getting connected
Through a friend code, a QR code, or from your contacts. With contacts your address book never leaves the phone.

Moments
What the widgets show quietly collects in a shared timeline.

Also
- A shared countdown to your next day together
- A running bet between the two of you
- New onboarding and a new structure across the whole app

Your digestion data
That part is still complete and now lives under Me. What others see has not changed: Bristol values, symptoms, notes and photos stay private. Sleep and location are released individually, and both start switched off.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-08-05

This release gives the whole app a new face.

Redesigned
- Today, Calendar and Insights are now built like the Counter: calmer, with one clear focus per screen
- Your score sits at the centre as a ring — readable at a glance instead of a bare number
- The mascot follows your score, so it says the same thing the ring does

Widget
- Reworked faces with larger artwork and clearer type
- Shows how long ago your last entry was
- Clearer escalation when a day gets unusually busy

Controls
- Native switchers for entry, time range and calendar view — familiar, and you can drag them

Also
- More mascot poses and many more sayings in the Counter
- The tab bar stays light even when your iPhone is in dark mode

As always: your photos stay on your device.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-07-18

Group widget
A new large home screen widget shows you and up to three friends side by side, each with their own mascot, daily count and streak. A crown marks whoever logged the most today.

Insights you can steer
Pick your analysis window: 7, 14, 30 or 90 days. Your score, the pattern scan and every chart now follow the window you choose instead of a fixed period.

Your weekly rhythm
A new card shows which weekdays your gut is most active, plus how consistently you have been logging.

10 new tips, with sources
Hydration, fibre, routine, cycle and food triggers, each based on a published study or clinical guideline. Every tip now shows which area it belongs to.

New mascot moods
Nine new mascot poses that react to your streak, the time of day and your score trend.

Fixed
The manual and photo log buttons could sit hidden behind the tab bar. They are back where they belong.
