I get several notifications per month to update my mileage after I already have. Looking at the app it says I have 7 notifications, when I open it there are no notifications. ### 1/5 — Non-operational app when needed *2023-09-02* Worst app I’ve used so far… has some “Chevy 2011” in my account that I’ve never used before but your support service can’t take it out of my app so that wouldn’t confuse me… the only time when I needed the app to service my company car it was totally non-operational, not even allowing me to login… ### 2/5 — Annoying to use at times *2023-09-01* Seems like every time I turn around the app needs an update and won’t let me in to enter mileage. Or I try to login and get told to change password. Change password and it still won’t let me in without resetting password. So after using the reset password link it takes me back to the app to change password again and this time it goes through. Then I get told the app needs updated. I just need to enter monthly mileage for crying out loud, It should only take 30 seconds. ### 1/5 — Slow app. Tedious password *2023-07-24* The app is slllooowwww. It requires a HUGE password. Longer than any other app I have. Seems extreme. Plus it keeps asking me over and over and over again to turn on notifications. Hey lease plan, it’s been over a year of me selecting “not now”. TAKE A HINT! ### 1/5 — Trash *2023-03-17, version 4.1.9* LeasePlan is absolute garbage. The review score speaks for itself. NEVER USE LEASEPLAN THEY ARE AWFUL IN EVERY DEFINITION OF THE WORD!!! ### 2/5 — Asking for an update *2022-12-16* App is asking for an update but it was updated last week with no pending updates. The app will not allow any other actions. Cannot exit without updating. Cannot ‘go back’ ### 1/5 — Quick update function no longer works *2022-02-25* Since the last update the Quick Access function no longer works. **Developer response:** Hi there, we’d like to look into this further for you. This will help us assure you have a better experience with our app. Thank you, and safe driving! ### 1/5 — Difficult to Access *2022-01-11* This MAY be a great app, but I can’t seem to access it. I’ve changed my password twice exactly formatted as the site tells me, I’ve tried fingerprint, and it denies me access and then locks me out. I have to delete the app and retry - very frustrating. ### 2/5 — It’s a FICO Wannabe *2021-08-25* My truck was in the body shop for more than 2 months after an accident. My mileage reporting score is very low. When I got my truck back, I updated all missing mileage but it still punishes me for not being prompt. Haha, it’s not the FICO score, so punishing me for past behavior wouldn’t affect me much but just having the opposite effect. I delay reporting as long as I can, to see how low it would go, haha… Instead of showing me a good score at a quick glance to inform me that I’m up to date, it keeps showing a low score because of past issues that I can’t fix, so there’s no point to be on time or current anymore, thus it makes the app annoying and less useful ### 2/5 — Neck strain *2021-08-01, version 4.0.6* Next update please let it go to landscape mode for my ipad. ### 1/5 — App is unusable *2021-07-10, version 4.0.5* I’m able to use the web-based site on my laptop, but the phone app (both on Apple and Android) are unusable. The app tells me that my password is incorrect, and locks me out. I’ve reinstalled the app and it doesn’t fix the issue. Enabling Face ID on Apple doesn’t work, either. Again, the website on the PC works fine, but the mobile apps are, for the lack of better words, broken. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2021-06-01* The app never remembers my login information or my face ID. I have to keep changing my password, that never seems to be strong enough. The app always transfers personal mileage to business mileage and you have to keep redoing it till it logs it. This process takes up to 10 min. Not an easy app to use. The also keeps loosing the username and password. It’s not easy to use. ### 2/5 — Mileage reporting *2021-04-07, version 4.0.1* This app is a joke. They encourage mileage reporting however 6 days into the the new month and I’m “up to date” with mileage reporting. There is no place to enter mileage. ### 1/5 — Latest Update is Horrible!!!!!! *2021-03-12, version 4.0.0* I thought the whole point of an app was to make it very easy to walk daily mileage when you get in or leave your car for the day. The old app made you do the math I’m like using the desktop version which will tell you what your miles equal. Now the new version is even worse where you went to your mileage but you’re still having to allocate the whole months worth of mileage. Absolute junk! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-12-16* The pages are blank, no option to actually report mileage, and the app constantly crashes. Ive deleted and redownloaded..doesn’t help. This app doesn’t work at all ### 1/5 — Ask me to update before I log in *2024-06-01* Every single month when I try to report it lets me log in, then forces me to update, only so I have to log back in. For what? Nothing important. ### 1/5 — It’s not just the app that’s terrible. *2024-05-07* LeasePlan is a pain to work with. The app is terrible. The customer service is non-existent. The approval wait times for routine maintenance are consistently several hours, and days for anything more substantial. The company as a whole deserves one star. I would tell any company looking at LeasePlan to manage their fleet to turn and run. ### 1/5 — App is never working *2024-03-01* App is always in the “shop” and never seems to get fixed. Sometimes I’ll get lucky and am able to input mileage after 1000 tries, but 99.9% of the time the app doesn’t work. I just get the spinning circle. Then I get emails saying it’s time to report your mileage.
