### 1/5 — Ne fonctionne plus ou très mal

Depuis la grosse mise à jour de l’été 2024 nouvelles interface cela fonctionne très mal voir pas ça fonctionne très bien à 2 mètre de la prise à 50 m ça marche déjà plus ou une fois sur 5

J’espère qu’il y aura des mise à jour rapidement car on en était content jusqu’a l’été 2024

J’étais très satisfait de ma smartplug que j’ai recommandé à plein de monde pour l’utilisation avec une clôture électrique.
Mais depuis la grosse mise à jour de l’été 2024 impossible de la faire marcher malgré la connexion à l’application. Et besoin de me connecter à l’application à chaque fois que je la réouvre c’est vraiment une perte de temps.

Seit dem Update mit der neuen Oberfläche ist die Smart Plug Steckdose nur noch zum ablesen der Temperatur und der verbrauchten Leistung zu gebrauchen. Das schalten birgt die Gefahr das sich die Steckdose oder die App aufhängt. Ich benutze die Steckdose schon mehre Jahre und war bisher sehr zufrieden doch leider kann ich die Produkte von Luda farm so nicht mehr weiter empfehlen 😪
Ich bin enttäuscht das sich von Luda Farm niemand um Abhilfe bemüht obwohl es schon seit Monaten Beschwerden gibt!!

Seit dem Update absoluter Kernschrott und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die Steckdose lässt sich nicht beständig schalten. Erst wenn man die Steckdose kurz vom Stromnetz trennt, kann man die GSM-Steckdosen zwei-/dreimal schalten, danach wieder nicht.

Ich kann mich dem vorherigen Kommentar nur anschließen. Seit dem Update geht nichts mehr!
Es wird 0% GSM Empfang angezeigt obwohl Empfang vorhanden. Ein-Ausschalten geht nicht. Lt. Produktinformationen sollen die Temperaturwerte und das Ein-Ausschalten auch ohne Abo funktionieren, was bisher der Fall war.
Bitte DRINGEND beheben, ansonsten ist die Smartplug eine Baumarkt Steckdose mit manuellem Kippschalter!

Seit dem Update mit überarbeiteter Benutzeroberfläche ist die Smartplug-Steckdose unbrauchbar. Es wird dauerhaft eine nicht vorhandene GSM-Verbindung indiziert. BITTE DRINGEND BEHEBEN!!! Außerdem ist seitdem beim Öffnen der App ständig ein neuer Login erforderlich. Das ist extrem nervig! Gerne lese ich Ihr Feedback!
