Constantly it asks you to sign in and then you need your card information to do so. what is the point of replacing a physical card with app? why this app cannot remember login info?

The site asks frequently to sign in even though stay signed in is checked.
Descriptions of items are not posted as they are when you go directly to the catalog online.
Often items on hold do not appear to have arrived at the selected branch, going directly shows them as arrived.
Frustrating!

Great for checking your books and holds and to pay fines really easy but you can only add one account on the app I think.

The new version seems to have removed the ability to have multiple cards which is a feature I had configured and used before the 2025 app revamp.

Whenever they updated this app they fixed every issue I had with it. Totally new UI, very responsive, very easy to understand. Great job!

It’s finally here and it’s great!  Manage all your checkouts, renewals, and add holds with ease.  It even lets you link your spouse’s and kids’ accounts so you can see everything in one place!  Great job MCL!
