MyMedRec is a portable medication list that can be easily shared with your family, doctor, nurse, pharmacist or anyone else involved in your health care. It can be used to keep track of the medicines that you (and/or your family members) are taking. MyMedRec was designed by Canada’s leading health care associations. Easily shared with doctors and can print or email as well ### 4/5 — My Password is not working *2023-10-30, version 1.9.72* Is there any way to retrieve my data, such as resetting my password? Based in Canada. I want to use this to suggest to patients to keep track of meds especially when prescribed or changed by multiple providers/specialists. It has reminders to keep schedule of when meds should be administered. Also keeps track of other info - log BP, vaccines, supplements, providers. Could add blood glucose levels. Also the ability to email someone the data is not working. App crashing. Not sure if this only works within Canada. I would find that useful.
