However, when I login to the app and look at my medication tracking it says I've missed many days which I didn't. The text functionality is not syncing back to the app. **Developer response:** Hello! We hope you give it another try and let us know how it goes! ### 1/5 — This app crashes when trying to log in. *2017-02-15, version 4.3.5* My healthcare provider recommended this app, but it crashes every time I try to log in. ### 1/5 — Useless *2017-02-12, version 4.3.5* Java error makes it impossible to log in to the app. I'm sure it's a perfectly fine app if you can get into it, but this is a pretty insurmountable obstacle. ### 1/5 — Can't log in - can't use *2016-10-29, version 4.3.3* Set it up, got a welcome email, but cannot log-in to the account; so, cannot use the app (iOS 10). Who makes apps that require a paid service to even see how the app works? First, ANY app that asks me to enter an e-mail address and a password to even use it, looses points in my book. Then when you enter one, it still won't let you in! No instructions or guidance either. Up till now I would have given them a 5 star…. Now that I have become dependent on the app, every time I try to log in it gives me an error, when I I submit forgot password you can’t even fill out all the fields so you cannot submit. For something so very important to have these issues is completely unacceptable. I even went to their website and if you aren’t looking for “sales info” they direct you to their help center which doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your time!!! ### 1/5 — Can’t set up account *2023-02-10* Downloaded app and attempted to set up an account. The “time zone” will not accept an entry, without an account this app is useless ### 1/5 — Basically doesn’t do what you’d expect so don’t rely on it. *2021-09-29, version 6.1.2* Notifications suddenly stopped again with iOS 15.0 update. Since I was a fool and relied on this app to help me not miss doses, I’ve been missing a bunch of doses. Which is just great. It's intuitive to use and has helped me organize and remember my current and past medications. It allows each member to get notifications and I can update it as needed. It also helps when caring for an elderly parent. I love being able to easily share medication lists with our health care providers.
